• You have not downloaded the product files, or the download links show zero accesses.
• The product is materially different from what was described.
• The files are corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot fix the issue.

Not eligible

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• You bought the wrong product by mistake and have already downloaded it.
• Compatibility issues you didn't verify against the product page.

Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
