eadbeats sells digital audio (beats, samples, drum kits), synth presets, and colour lookup tables (LUTs). All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Unless a specific product page states otherwise, purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the files in your own commercial and non-commercial creative work, including music released on streaming platforms, film, video and photography. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the raw files as-is.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). You confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for terms. Digital downloads become non-refundable once accessed.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by eadbeats or licensed to us. You retain full ownership of any music, film or photography you create using our products under the license above.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use eadbeats products to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes on third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or bulk-download the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, eadbeats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.
